Created in the heart of the Pandemic, Lori Aikin, who had just graduated from Realtor to Broker wanted to build a brokerage and take the responsibility of her career into her own hands. MarketWest Realty had the goal of being approachable to the Millennial/Gen X market while providing a platform that didn’t take itself too seriously and could provide education in a new-age way that hadn’t been seen in traditional real estate.

From Colorway to Font to Logo, Colby was lead in the direction from the color that felt most like Lori, A deep and confident red. We wanted simplicity in the brand, yet something that felt trustworthy.

Keeping up with the modernity in the design world and the cleanliness that spoke to brand approachability, we wanted something unique that would pull in the TargetMarket and keep them here with education, high repost rate, and design inspiration.

The site was built on Squarespace to follow through with the modern and sleek design of the brand that linked to an exterior IDX feed. Entire site was built and copy written by Strong.
